I love peanut butter cookies. Who doesn’t?? My kids love baking and being creative in the kitchen, they also of course love to eat their creations! This is really my go-to recipe when I need something in a pinch. I’ve made these cookies after dinner and in just a few minutes we have cookies hot from the oven. I’ve made these several times when we have people over for dinner, again, everyone loves hot, straight from the oven cookies. Anyway, here is the easiest cookie recipe you’ll ever make!
Easy No Flour Peanut Butter Cookies:
1 cup of sugar (you can use any kind of sugar substitute you’d like)
1 cup of all-natural peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoons of baking soda
Mix everything together until combined. Stir in a 3 tablespoons of chocolate chips or M&M’s. You really just need a few chips or candies the batter will only yield 12-15 cookies or one full pan. With a tablespoon measure the cookie mixture to the desired size, roll into a ball with your hands, place on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Must have parchment paper for this one! Space the cookies about 1 inch apart. Sprinkle the tops will sugar and then use the back of a fork to make the cross marks on the top. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 11 minutes and they are done! They will only take 11-12 minutes and will be done. Take them out of the oven and let sit on the stove for 5-10 minutes if you can. They will fall apart unless you let them sit and harden a bit. Keep in an airtight container for 3 days. My guess is they will be gone in 3 minutes.
The above image is the batter all mixed if it seems a tad dry you can add a teaspoon of water. I use Jiff All-natural Peanut Butter and it seems to work well!
Don’t they look delish??? What are your favorite home baked cookies?
